Strategy Management Semi-Islamic Boarding Schools

This paper aims to examine the madrasa development strategy in improving quality of its Human Resources, which is not focused on just one, but as a whole, starting from leaders, educators, education staff (staff), stakeholders, and guardians students. Correlate-apply between family school educational environment with concept semi-Islamic boarding management. study uses descriptive qualitative method case design, data acquisition using interviews observation methods, analysis triangulation research locus at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Pesantren Anak Soleh (MI PAS) Baitul Qur'an Gontor, Ponorogo, East Java, Indonesia. The results study: (1) implementation strategies improve human resources very detailed, such (a) upgrading teachers every semester, maintain sincerity ruhul-mudarris five strengths K.H Abdullah Syukri, (b) workshops aimed pedagogical professional competencies, (c) comparative studies obtaining inspiration public relations networks, (d) training al-Qur'an certification an emphasis vision (2) indicators implications integration musabaqah (competition) competing each other. goodness (improvement achievement), parenting skills (childcare patterns) for wali santi, gathering friendship events, evaluation scheduled work meetings. All are carried out achieve good communication, coordination collaboration. To deliver institution achieving vision, mission goals.
